On a boat or kayak (your choice) floating between the Pacific Ocean and Paquita River estuary among the mangroves along Damas Island. You will be transported from you hotel in Manuel Antonio to the dock where you will board a boat or a Kayak (your choice) and float between the Pacific Ocean and Paquita River estuary among the mangroves along Damas Island. This place has 4 different classes of mangrove threes and one of the most important part of the biodiversity.

HIKING in MANUEL ANTONIO PARK with Estelle
On this 2 ½ hour walk your guide will point out animals such as monkeys, sloths, birds, bats, lizards, frogs, snakes, and insect life. Using a high powered telescope, you will be able to see things that the casual visitor often misses. You will also learn about the unique habitat, vegetation, and animal behavior in addition the history of one of Costa Rica's most treasured national resources. At the end of the tour you can return to your hotel or stay and enjoy the sunset at the beach. INCLUDES: Transportation, entrance to the park, bilingual guide and one drink at the end of the tour.

SUNSET CRUISE
This is a wonderful boat trip along the scenic coast, beautiful beaches, and islands of Manuel Antonio National Park. You sail out to search for dolphins and if lucky, you MIGHT spot a humpback whale. We will then anchor at a protected cove were you can go swimming and snorkeling, eat a delicious meal, and admire some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Pacific coast. Drinks and food are included, along with the sound of our favorite music.

ATV TOUR in the mountains of the RainMaker private reserve.
Shortly after pickup, the same transport will drive you 25 minutes outside of Quepos, to a rancho in San Antonio de Damas. On Honda ATVs, you drive to see waterfalls and natural springs located in the unique rain forest ecosystem. The tour inclueds admision to the RainMaker private reserve where you will gain a better understanding and appreciation for the natural diveristy which makes CostaRica such a beautiful and unique place in the world. The tour ends with refreshing dip in natural waterfall pools then a drive back to a to a charming Costa Rican restaurant where you will enjoy some of Costa Rica's most delicious specialty foods.

You will head down Manuel Antonio Beach and receive a short orientation to ocean kayaking. As you paddle along the coastline we will experience Manuel Antonio's breathtaking cliffs and amazing rock formations from the unique vantage point of a kayak. The tour includes a stop to swim where you will relax before continuing the loop back, braving the surf as you land safely ashore.

VILLA VANILLA SPICE PLANTATION TOUR and Flavors of the World Tasting
Villa Vanilla/Rainforest Spices tour is a gentle walk through the plantation and is hands-on with sensory stops along the winding "epiphyte trail". The "Flavors of the World" tasting is an assortment of gourmet vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate treats prepared by their pastry chef at they expansive view point. Start at the post-harvest warehouse where they dry, process, and package the spices and explain their ancient origins, history and properties. Then you'll take a gentle walk through the plantation on our "Epiphyte Trail" (air plants), a winding garden path where you will experience the sights, tastes, aromas, and flavors of tropical spices, essential oil plants, tropical flowering plants and rock gardens. Then pass the fish pond on your way to the Punta Mira Viewpoint, where in addition to the view; you will taste an assortment of gourmet treats.The last stop is at the famous Spice Shoppe, where you can stock up on vanilla beans and extract, True Ceylon cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and other spices for use in your kitchen or as gifts.
